The Family room is 60 m 2 house suited for groups of 13 people at least, opposite to the sea and next to swimming pool.
There are 5 doubled beds and 3 sigle bed,3 air-conditioner, 2 toilets and bathrooms inside.

1 stove for BBQ will be available if necessary.

7. Price:
From Monday – Friday and Sunday: 5.200.000 VND/night/ people. (excluding VAT)
– Additional guest fee: 300.000 VND per adult (breakfast, swimming pool, extra mattress).
– Children policy:
Children height under 1 meter are allowed to stay free with one paying adult/ guardians. Additional
charges will be applied for extra mattress.
Children height from 1-1.3 metre: 150.000 VND (breakfast, swimming pool, extra mattress).
Children height above 1.3 metre: 300.000 VND (breakfast, swimming pool, extra mattress).
Saturday: Combo 12.350.000 VND (excluding VAT) including 13 tickets for seafood BBQ,Acoustic Live Show.
– Additional guest fee: 950.000 VND per adult (BBQ, breakfast, swimming pool, extra mattress).
– Children policy:
Children height under 1 meter are allowed to stay free with one paying adult/ guardians. Additional
charges will be applied for extra mattress.
Children height from 1-1.3 metre: 425.000 VND (BBQ, breakfast, swimming pool, extra mattress).
Children height above 1.3 metre: 1.050.000 VND (BBQ, breakfast, swimming pool, extra mattress).
Holidays, Tet and special events: prices are subject to change in accordance to Coco BeachCamp’s
policy which will be announced in advance.
8. Cancellation: must be confirmed via call or email if there are any changes. Please see our cancellation
policies below.
– Customer’s cancellation: there are some equivalent solution cases for your cancellation as below:
o All confirmed reservation at Coco Beach is marked as “ non-refundable” policy. However,
customer might be able to make a date change if cancellation notice received 7 days prior of
original arrival date. The re-booking date is good for 3 months since the original booking date.
o No date change if Cancellation received within 7 days period prior to arrival. It will be 100%
traveller’s responsibility.
o No show or check in late after 16:00 without prior notice, hotel booking will be automatically
cancelled.
– Coco Beachcamp’s cancellation: We have right to cancel your reservation due to cases as below:
o Booking will be automatically cancelled if customer fails to deposit on time.
o Confirmed booking might be canceled in unfortunate situations such as bad weather or
government’s requisition. This is to ensure safety for all value guests. Coco beach will assist to
rebook to another date without any fees, depending on room availability. Booking will be valid
up to 6 months since the original booking date. Please kindly note that there will be no refund
made if customer do not want to reschedule their trip.
o Customer will be refused and removed from their rooms at any time if failing to comply with the
policy. Customer is responsible for all charges in this case.
o Please comply with our rules or guests might be denied of service without refund.
9. Our rules:
Please always wear our Coco Beachcamp paper wristband during your stay.
Do not bring food, drinks and stoves into Coco Beachcamp. Additional charges will be applied for any
drinks and seafood purchased from the Fishing Village.
Speakers and karaoke are not allowed.
Please do not use private cart service on the beach for environment protection.
Hygiene regulations must be strictly complied.
Please do not move our outdoor furniture and decorations without agreement. Guests will be fully
responsible for any damages.
Pool hours: 6:00-18:00, swimsuit required as in our rules.
Littering and other unacceptable behaviors are prohibited. Guests might be denied of service without
refund if fail to comply with the above.
